The Triangle is formed by the joining of three unique communities: Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill. These three geographic points originally referenced the area within the parameters of three major area universities -Duke, North Carolina State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In the middle of these communities is the world renown Research Triangle Park. It contains a variety of companies performing many types of work ranging from Medical, Pharmaceutical, Technical, Computers and Telecommunications. But where does Mr. Finley fit in this picture? Well, the Finleys have been involved in a variety of businesses in the triangle area for several years now. As a family, we have and still continue to be involved in technical consultation, graphic arts, sports, investment properties, financial consultation, home security systems, and of course ... real estate.         Uh..... yah!

I have been in the area of real estate for over 20 years. I have purchased homes, fixed them up, installed security systems, rented, sold and managed property in multiple states. I have been in the Raleigh area as a resident for over four years but had traveled frequently on business five years prior to my arrival.
I have a background in mobile home sales as well being the 2nd best seller of homes in my Fleetwood shop. Negotiating is my forte and I will not let you down. Mathematics is another one of my areas of expertise. I can usually figure the financial requirements in my head, so I know when someone is trying to get over.

Other goodies:

I'm a Certified Project Manager (PMP) and have numerous awards or accomplishments from MCI, Sprint, Nortel, Department of Justice, Department of Defense, and the USDA.  I also graduated Cum-Laude at Shorter College and have attended several colleges such as Oxford, Minot University, University of Maryland, and more.  I have three degrees and I'm also a Certified Master Instructor. I'm Retired Military (Guard) and perform many of the Information Technology functions of the company.  I sell anything of value meaning, homes, land, building, and will dabble into the leasing and investment markets as well.

Things you need to know!

There are sellers agents and buyers agents. Whenever you see a home with a "For Sale" sign in their yard that seller has over 20,000 active real estate people selling that home. Every realtor, real estate person, represents the seller when they meet you initially. Afterwards, they must immediately state who they represent; the buyer or the seller. The buyers usually will not pay a commission to their agent and has the full independent representation of their agent as well. The seller usually pays the commissions for both the buyer's and seller's agent through commission sharing. The seller doesn't feel a thing because the commission amount is determined prior to the listing of the property. I can teach you more when you jump on board...
